Arrive at School in Uniform, load trailers and buses. Be
sure to eat something before you arrive. We will not have
time to eat before our prelim performance. |

Arrive @ Blue Valley Northwest. Get out your instrument and
be ready to begin the warm-up. |

1:30 pm |
Begin Warm-up. We need a focused and useful warm-up. The
performance begins with the warm-up. |

2:30 pm |
Performance! Be sure you are prepared to take the
show to the next level. Details are what make the
difference. |

4:45 pm |
Prelim Awards. Be sure the entire band is seated together
for the awards ceremony. Not near each other, but by each
other! It is a new stadium to everyone, so be sure to be
there early. |

5:20 pm |
Eat
and prepare for Finals if we have made it. Or load the
trailer and head for home. |
|
7:00 pm |
Finals Begin. We must be focused in order to have a good
performance if we have made it this far. If we didn’t make
finals we will be arriving at home. |

8:30 pm |
Finals Awards. This is only drum majors for awards. |

9:15 pm |
Head for Home. |

11:00 pm |
Arrive in Odessa and unpack. |
