Dear Band Parents & Supporters,
We would like to compile
a list of trucks, trailer, and drivers who might be
willing to help transport Band equipment or props to
various competitions. One important goal this year is to
have a backup vehicle and trailer for each of our
primary vehicles and trailers in the event someone has
mechanical trouble or cannot attend an event. At this
point we are only trying to find out who is interested
and what sizes of trucks and trailers may be available.
You may or may not be asked to drive or provide a
trailer depending on the Band's needs. We sincerely
appreciate your willingness to help.
The categories are:
- HEAVY 3/4 ton or 1
ton for Band Trailer (preferably with large trailer
towing experience-many of the places we will be
going are difficult to maneuver in)
- 1/2 Ton or larger
for props/percussion
- 1/2 ton or larger
for Gator/drum major stands
- 6x 10 or larger
enclosed cargo trailer for percussion
- 6 x 20 or larger
flatbed for props

Please include your Name, Phone number, email address
(if applicable) and the type of truck or equipment you
are willing to furnish.

In an effort to help parents to be
informed, Band Boosters has established an e-mail group. This is
used to advise people of upcoming Band Booster meetings and give a
heads-up on band events. Note: Ken will give information on band
events to the kids - this e-mail is a second line of communication
for parents. If you are interested in being on the mailing list,
